A village girl Durga provides for her family by regaling people with magical tricks and dancing on the streets after her father Bhadrayya, a revolutionary, is arrested. She also protects her fellow villagers from the atrocities perpetrated by Zamindar Sabhapathi The Zamindar and Bhadrayya are at loggerheads too. Meanwhile, Durga and Deputy SP of Police Raju and Durga fall in love with each other. One day, Durga shoots at Sabhapathi’s brother Vinod, who is also an accomplice in the former’s mercenary activities, when she tries to protect her modesty from being outraged. An infuriated Zamindar kills her mother and her siblings and tries to publicly humiliate her. But, her father Bhadrayya along with his fellow revolutionaries manages to rescue her. Durga also joins her father’s gang and becomes one of their leaders as she becomes the bravest of them all. Raju tries to convince her to give up arms and get herself voluntarily arrested, but Durga is adamant on extracting revenge on Zamindar and his brother. Will Durga accomplish her mission? Will Raju and Durga tie the knot?
