Widowed Savitramma, a teacher in school, brings up her three sons and a daughter by herself. The eldest son Ashok, who is selfless, also gives up studies and shares responsibility of running the house with his mother. Ashok’s two brothers Kishore and Suresh become an engineer and a lawyer respectively. Meanwhile, Tara, an owner of a video studio, falls in love with Ashok. However, a gangster named DK along with his son DD eyes the ancestral home of this family. DK frames Ashok in a false case and sends in him to jail for seven years. But, Ashok manages to get his sister married before that incident. When Ashok is in jail, both his brothers become greedy and join hands with DK in his nefarious activities. A disheartened Savitramamma leaves the house after she sees her sons being sold out to DK. Ashok returns from jail only to be humiliated by the bothers he has worked so hard for. Disgruntled Ashok decides to seek revenge from DK. Does Ashok succeed in his mission? Will his brothers’ reform?
