Malleswari (Katrina Kaif) is a beautiful princess who is the heiress of Raja of Mirjapur. Mirjapur’s King, the father of Malliswari, writes in his will that the princess would acquire property worth 750 crores at the age of 21, until then her uncle Bhavani Prasad (Kota Srinivas Rao) would be the care taker of the property. Bhavani Prasad plans to kill the princes so that he can inherit the whole property. Malliswari’s Grandfather comes to know about Bhavani Prasad’s plans so he sends Malliswari to her uncle’s house in Vizag to save her from Bhavani Prasad, where she leads a normal life. Prasad (Venkatesh) is a bank employee in Vizag and desperately seeking for marriage alliance for the past seven years. He accidentally meets Malliswari and falls deeply in love with her. Prasad rescues her every time she is in danger. How will Prasad save Malliswari? Will he succed in getting the love of his life?
